If only I could post a picture of what I got compared to my final order and the audio to my phone calls…. The cake was good it was just had to much going on based on the lack of great communication and listening skills. The Owner (who is also the baker) does not have great customer service etiquette and cannot handle complaints related to his work.

Confirmed Cake order and finalized details with female representative over the phone and a follow up call from the baker:
Pick Up: Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 3 pm 
8 inch round cake: half chocolate cake w/ mocha filling and half white cake w/ fresh strawberry filling
Frosting cream cheese) NO decorations because the silver roses would not have good coloring and would have needed to be fondant which cost an extra $40)

Total cost $37

When we cut the cake and began to serve it, here is what I got:
One side had (2) bottom chocolate layers and (2) top white layers; the other Side has (2) bottom white layers and (2) top chocolate layers the entire cake was filled with caramel, mocha and strawberry fruit mousse filling. The side with the (2) bottom white layers and (2) top chocolate layers had about four slices of fresh strawberries. The frosting and text were the only items or the cake that matched the finalized order.

I called the shop on Tuesday because I was unaware that they were open on Sunday and closed Tuesdays as I am not a regular customer. As I was speaking with the owner I was cut off several times while talking, called a liar, told to bring in the cake or I would not receive a full or partial refund.  The owner stated “I baked your cake myself and did an excellent job and gave you what you asked for in your email.” Well the email was not the final order the finalized order was completed over the phone after your representative called me regarding my email……I advised the owner I had pictures of the cake because I still had to serve what I had to our guest of honor and the rest of the party. I am very disappointed in how I was talk to and treated as a customer expressing my complaint with the order.

Best cake ever! Had one done for my kids communion party and thought I was gonna bring some home. Fat chance! I had like 6 pieces left and only cause I hid them.
Fresh from scratch and so moist, not overly sweet and the icing was to die for to.
Decorated to my liking. Must try!!!

Ruined my daughter's first birthday party. Ordered weeks in advance and provided pictures of exactly how we wanted the cake to look. Sky blue frosting with hot air balloons on light pink and aqua. Spoke with the baker numerous times to confirm. Sky blue frosting with pink and aqua hot air balloons. He called me a couple days before the party to confirm once again the colors. I was Beth clear sky blue frosting with pink and aqua hot air balloons to look like they're floating in the sky. My husband picked up the cake and it was purple. Not blueish purple, but lavender. Called the bakeshop in tears and the baker, I think his name was Sam, proceeded to argue with me. And continually told me that the cake was sky blue. Meanwhile my husband sent a photo and it was clearly PURPLE!!! I explained this to tbe baker and he finally admitted "oh I made a mistake. I used lavendar for the frosting." Seriously, what planet is this guy from that has a purple sky?!? I never once mentioned the color purple in my written order or any of the numerous calls with this guy. And he's a professional "baker"?!? And then offered NO apology or resolution. I told him that my husband would be bringing the cake back and expected that it be fixed. Sam said he would fix it within an hour. 
We finally get the cake home and it looked awful!!! The decorations looked like a they were made by a first grader. They were sliding off the cake before we even had a chance to cut it. And it  tasted horrible, I was completely embarrassed. 
I had been planning this party for months with the cake serving as a center piece for my carefully hand made decorations that I poured hours and hours into creating.  I called the following day and requested a refund. After days of negotiations they agreed to give me a partial refund.
This bakery completely ruined what should have been a very special day.

I ordered a cake for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary.

It was very delicious, the cake was moist and the frosting was airy and tasty. There was plenty of cake to go around and all the guests complimented it. I had it decorated with fondant in a funky pattern. It looked cool yet sophisticated. I was very happy with it. It definitely made an impression.

It was expensive, but probably not overly so for the size and elegance of it.

My wife and I absolutely love this place.  At this point we've tried nearly everything they make.  Everything we've tried has been so great it is hard to list a couple favorites.  I will say that just about every week we have a Napoleon.  Along with that we've had the cheesecake squares, coffee cakes, danish, cupcakes, florentines, lemon bars, cinnamon rolls, cup cakes, cookies, and cakes.  With so many excellent choices it is difficult to narrow the decision down to just a few items.  We're always looking forward to our weekly visit.  The staff is friendly and helpful.  We can't say enough good things about Creme.  We highly recommend them.
