Very loud. Everybody thinks it's a race track. The exterior lights are very bright and shine right in my windows.

A good little community of trailer park-like homes and a community pool with the family. Close to the freeway so that's nice.

Worst place to work with management. On top of that they are very rude and disrecpectful. Unprofessional. 
They have very high lot prices and not only that.. it raises every year.  
During the winder they raise the rent too because "they have to plow the streets and throw ice melt " 
Yet whenever they do plow streets (because some times they dont ). Whenever they do they keep the plow like 2 inches off the floor.
They have never throw ice melt.  Never seen them do it. If they do only at the two entrances their is.  No where else. 
They wont let you park more then two cars per lot.  And the RV/trailer storage lot has been full for years. 
Worst comunity i have lived in!!  Specially with how good they present them self when they want to get you in.  Horrible place. Dont live here !!!

Lot rent is overpriced and raises every year. Management is impossible to get ahold of most of the time. Took them over two weeks to clean up a tree that had fallen in our yard.
