I was extremely displeased with the way I was treated when I visited this facility. They refuse to provide any medication for "long term care." Additionally, the nurse practitioner I saw was cold, unsympathetic and condescending. I felt like I was being judged, rather than listened to. I would not recommend this provider and will switch inthe near future.

Steer clear!!! Horrible doctor who treats you with disdain and as if you haven't a brain cell in your head! I felt that perhaps I was being too judgmental and brought my husband with me to the last appointment and he concurred that she was talking down to us and with contempt in her voice when we had legitimate questions. This doctor has her own agenda and twice now I have left her office not having my issue addressed  (for the same issue!) or remedied and steered into a different direction with drugs being prescribed that did more harm than good. Office staff is atrocious at best and you rarely get a phone call back on important matters same day and you have to play hell getting an appointment for a well visit! If you say you need a morning appointment on a Thursday, she is trying to get you to take an afternoon appointment on a Monday. ZERO listening skills! One office support individual in particular, Nikki, needs a course in customer service because this morning I called and not only did she become nasty and raise her voice at me when I asked her to do her job but apparently she cannot accept responsibility for the fact that she didn't have the info updated in HER system that I stood there and updated myself TWICE and she had the SHEER AUDACITY to call back later in the day and scold me saying "Dr. Poelker said...", as if the incident were MY fault even though she was willfully ignorant in snarling at me that "She knows how to spell" with zero prompting. I will be filing a formal complaint against this office with St Luke's because this office is soiling the hospital's name being affiliated with them and has officially driven a customer (patient) away (myself and my daughter!) with their terrible customer service and constant hassles every time. I do not go to the doctor to be abused and belittled, and that is what I have felt like the past few times. The service has gone way downhill in the past year! A little customer service goes a long way, people!!!! Sad!
