HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! HORRIBLE costumer service.  I went in to buy a phone and the girl didn't know anything about the phones. Then she charged me a case that I didn't want. I asked why she would charge it if I didn't request it. She said she could not return my money. She basically MADE me buy something I had NO intention of buying. I called the next day and the manager was AWFUL!!! Did not help me and hung up the phone. I am still shocked at how HORRIBLE the service is here. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
