We just visited this store for the first time, and after spending 4 HOURS here, enjoying these beautiful birds and sharing stories with the owner,  David, I can say, We ARE FANS of "Everything for the Birds" !!
 
Not only the shop is clean and the owner is super friendly and knowledgeable, but most important, you can easily see that the birds are taken care of, and happy.

I love how this place not only works with the cute babies that everybody loves, but also rescues birds from people that don't care for them and either offers them a safe and loving home at the store, or rehomes them. You can definitely see that David is not just trying to make money off of the animals, but he truly cares about them and is definitely doing his part in making this world a better place by saving all the lucky feathered babies he can. We admire you for that.. Please keep it up! We shall see you again soon!

I am new to the area (maritime student) and have been to this WONDERFUL Bird Shop twice. I'm in the research/information phase. David (the store owner) is very knowledgable and has been a tremendous help! He has helped me understand all aspects of bird ownership. I will visit "the flock" many more times. These are such Unique and Wonderful pets. When I purchase my lifelong pet.. it will be from "For The Birds" (even if I need to drive back down from Knoxville, TN).

New Owners are very nice. I can't get some things there anymore - hemp seeds, and the fresh vegetable mix, so I have to stop at a different store for those items.

Great 👍🏻 place! We purchase a baby eclectus Parrot   The owner is super knowledgeable about birds plus you can see how much love and care. Totally recommend this place for any bird needs

This is an amazing bird store!! Great selection of foods and toys. We have boarded our birds there several times- boarding area secure and has natural light streaming in. David and Naomi CLEARLY have a passion for birds, have a great knowledge of birds, and are quite friendly and customer service orientated. They have made special orders for me for a particular vitamin and HAVE ALWAYS given our birds above and beyond great care when they board... Even to the point of offering us to FaceTime them and they would go in and we could see our birds while we were away on a vacation. I would highly recommend this store to any bird owner!!
