The new management spent over an hour to get my daughter's phone working properly, and I didn't buy anything.  They were the nicest people and it was the best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time.  Thank you so much to them.

I was at the Pinson office when I bought my phone. I had to buy a new one next because mine had hardware issues. The girl I checked out with told me that she would put cricket protect insurance on my phone. I agreed and she told me I was set up with it. Well I cracked my screen a couple of nights ago and when I called customer service they said that I didn't have insurance. So now all they will give me is 10$ off a new phone which I could take my phone to get the screen replaced for that price. I am very upset because it was their fault and they are not doing much at all to help me.
