First of all, I'd like to say that as soon as I stepped, i was greeted with a hello and a smile. The environment felt great as soon as I walked in and got help straight away. All my questions were answered. The unlimited data plans at Metro is amazing. They have a great variety of phones and accessories to choose from. The employees were very nice and helpful. Not once were they rude to me. The family plan that they provide,  convinced me to get a plan for my son. Will recommend to anyone. I'll be sticking with MetroPcs.😀

Terrible costumer service. Rude employees make you feel out of place. In store displays are not labeled correctly. The iPhone SE was labeled at $149. The real price was $199 the employees very rudely clarified to me that they had forgotten to change the in store sign. A call with the owner made it clear that he did not care about my poor experience. It’s great to have this store here, but sadly it still has lots of room for improvement. I would recommend a much better experience in other low cost places.

The employees were very respectful and professional. I had no problems whatsoever on looking at plans and every question that I asked was answered with extensive detail. Overall Metro PCS is a very great company and with the employees at this authorized dealer made it such an easy and non difficult process to be with Metro.

Best cell service without question, using t-mobile towers and truly unlimited data for only $50 puts this company at the top as far as value. Promotions make switching from another carrier very affordable, and since Metro Pcs does not require you to sign a contract so you can try the service out for a month with no obligation to continue to use the service for 2 more years like the other top carriers.
