Very rude on the phone! I was looking for a salon to get my hair temporary died and decided to try this place. So, I called and asked: A. if they offered that surface and B. what the price range was. The woman I spoke to was very impolite! She asked me why I would ask for the price of temp. dye, since it was the same price as perm. dye. She literally laughed at my “ignorance”. I replied that I had never been to this salon before, so I had no idea what any of their prices were. She then began listing the reasons why temp dye was the same price as perm. At that point I was done, said goodbye and hung up. Very rude!

At Crimson Mist, we do not recall a call from Kathleen Burns-Wick. It is possible that she called another salon and wrote an unfavorable review based on her experience with that business. We are proud of our customer service history and reputation. Crimson Mist Salon Management
