From start to finish Laurie knows exactly what she is doing when selling and buying which was both simultaneously for us. She went the extra mile to get my home sold (she was my 3rd and final realtor). After showings I would always receive feedback which helped me understand if there was anything I could do to improve my home or if the people were or were not interested and could then move on to the next showing.

Laurie is so easy going, sweet, she works hard and communication was fantastic. She has many many many years of real estate experience, knows the area very well and knows what she is doing from listing to paperwork to closing. Through her we were able to get the proceeds needed to purchase our new home which she helped us with that purchase as well. 

When things need to get done, Laurie is persistent and will do what it takes to make it happen. She helped make this extremely stressful time much more bearable for my husband and I. 

If you need a -Superb-, not just "good", realtor, then Laurie Crites is the way to go. If you need a realtor who does MORE than just a "list and wait and see what happens" kind of deal then choose her. There is no doubt that I will recommend her to anyone in the area needing a fantastic realtor. She will help you buy, sell or BOTH!!!

I have had the most delightful experience with Collette Matthews on handling the selling of my house. Not having worked with a agent before I really did not know what to expect. She took care of everything for me and I do mean every thing. Explained everything. She made sure I was informed on every thing in the process of selling the house. Thank you Collette.
