I have nothing but praise about Mathis and Lueker Real Estate and their employees (specifically Jill Iwen, Staci Schroeder, and Angie Greenwood). We started looking for realtors and houses while we were still in a different state and Angie was amazing at helping us through every little step. When we were finally able to view houses a family emergency called Angie away yet she still prepared everything for her coworker Staci. Staci did an absolute wonderful job showing us houses despite having not dealt with us AT ALL prior. Angie even selected a house for us not on our list (which we ended up buying) because it "suited" our lifestyle and character. Prior to closing I was waiting on my husband and Jill made me feel comfortable and discovered "small town" connections between us. Even after closing Angie went out of her way to stay in contact, make us feel comfortable in our house, community, and now town. Below is the beautiful sign she gave us as a house warming gift. Not only is she amazing at her job, you can tell she enjoys doing it and cares about more than just selling houses, but about you as a family and the community. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with our dealings with Mathis Lueker Real Estate. I started our home search while my husband was deployed. Tricia made everything so easy to handle over the phone and email as I was out of state. We have been renting for 8 months and have only made 1 maintenance request (for the air conditioning). It was handled the next day and we were very happy. Very pleased with our home and our reality company.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I have never left a negative review on a public forum for anything but this company is so awful I thought they deserved it... esp since they rent to military families a lot! They have been nothing but issues since we moved in, and probably more so since moving out! Do yourself a favor and stay far away!!! If you are insterested in the long story you can find it below, just wanted to create a break in case y’all didn’t want to read that much....

We have had nothing but issues with them and I am sure we are not the only ones... they constantly tried to charge us to get things fixed which was their fault and should’ve been fixed before we even moved in. The fire alarms constantly went off, even after getting new ones, so there is clearly some wiring issue in the house. When we moved out they told us the best way to handle certain things (like pinholes in the wall for hanging things) was to just leave it because it’s considered wear and tear and then they charged us for it even though we did what they said to do. We left the yard in better shape than we got it, I know because I’m the one that laid down grass seed to ensure we don’t get charged, and we still got charged. They told us we would have to pay $900 because our puppy tore up the carpet, I was completely on board as it was obviously our fault. The company they told us to use for cleaning was absolute garbage and I had to go back in and clean after them while I was in the first trimester of pregnancy and constantly sick! And we still ended up getting charged for cleaning related things on our move out... Overall the house was left in better shape than when we got it (minus the carpet issue of course) and instead of the $900 fee for the carpet we ended up paying them almost double that with all their bogus charges! We moved out in Oct and my whole thought process was I’ll pay them the full amount instead of fighting them on anything bc they were so awful that I just want to be done with them... well I made a mistake and wrote a check from the wrong account, realized it and called them to pay by phone. So everything is paid and should’ve been done, but nope they keep rerunning the check so I keep having issues with my bank and of course all I want is to be done with them... they were an absolute nightmare! Save yourself the drama and stay away from them!!!

Fantastic company!  We worked through Carla Beavers and she couldn't have been more professional from start to finish with the sale of our house!  Extremely happy with our experiences and would strongly recommend anyone selling their house to get in contact with Carla!

This is a great company, and I highly recommend working with Angie Greenwood.  She has help my wife and I purchase multiple houses in the area.  Not only is Angie knowledgeable, she is courteous.  She always took the time to patiently explain every step of the process.  Purchasing a home can be a stressful process, but having a realtor like Angie is a godsend.
