I wish I could give them a zero star rating as they deserve it . I purchased a 2017  F250 off of them  was told they have the best service around and would provide a loaner when needed .
I had a serious safety issue with my truck , I called "Chuck " to get the truck in, I described my issue and his response was "yep" I was taken back .
This was Monday and he said bring it in on Friday  ,when I once again explained that the issue was a safety issue and could I bring it over and take a "loaner" until they had time to make the repair , he said they don't have "loaners" .
I had to take the truck to another dealer , I wasted a whole day on this issue which should have been an easy thing to do, take my truck give me a loaner plan and simple .
Not only is this Dealer a classic bait and switch dealer  but have NO concern for the safety of the purchaser . 
They will NEVER get my business again , but I don't think they care because they can use the bait and switch on someone else .
