Worst sales people I have yet to experience buying a car. I was trying to negotiate a lease and in less 24 they leased the vehicle to someone else!  In that 24 hours they did not return any emails and waited till the end of the business day to return phone calls (and nothing could be accomplished at the end of business day) all we wanted was another $400 on our trade. I didn't think that was to unreasonable due to the fact that another GM / Buick dealership had offered that amount just one day earlier!  Do yourself a favor and drive the few extra miles to Robinson and go to a dealership that is not going to treat you like this!
