CRJ did the electric work on installation of a tankless EEmax Home Advantage water heater for our home. It was a routine, non-emergency job.  It failed the first inspection because the electrician didn't do a load calculation on the electric draw or install a quick-disconnect.  And we questioned why all the lights flickered and the unit made such noise.  
   The plumber left it to CRJ Electric to resolve.  Once the load calculation was done (and showed sufficient capacity for the water heater), the town inspector approved the installation as properly done.  So we are at least reassured that something's not going to overheat and burn our house down. But each time the hot water is turned on we hear rrrr, rrrr, rrrr, and the lights all flicker.  Very very unhappy with this; I HATE IT.
