CCF is not simply your local CrossFit affiliate. We are a hybrid strength, conditioning and athletic training facility for people of all fitness levels and abilities from all walks of life.

This place is THE BOMB! I've been a member at Crofton CrossFit for over five years and have seen huge improvements in my strength, endurance and overall fitness. The coaching staff is fantastic...they excel at getting you to push yourself beyond your imaginary limits while remaining focused on your technique and safety. They have coached me to improved lifting numbers while also coaching me to my first sub-4 hour marathon. The physical space is huge and the equipment is great. I travel all the time for work and have dropped in at over 60 boxes and this place is the best. The vibe here is wonderful regardless of your fitness level and the people are amazing.

Huge space. Lots of options. I drop in occasionally with my own programming and the coaches have been positive and helpful.

I've been going to a regular "gym" for 3 years almost every day (lost a significant amount of weight, but never felt like I was improving myself). My arms were getting bigger and my endurance would get a little better, but the overall result was less than expected. My Fiancé decided we should try something different, so we stopped by "Crofton Crossfit" to see what it was all about... It's about community and camaraderie. Not only does the staff actually care, but they are extremely knowledgeable and they all have multiple disciplines and backgrounds that are helpful at different times in your workout. We love it, so happy to have joined (especially after hearing such horror stories about other crossfit gyms). Give them a try - you will be glad you did.

GREAT staff!!!! Garrett, Paige and Tony are INCREDIBLE mentors! The work outs are intensive and scalable. Pretty good facility too.
