Crosby Roofing was the most professional, courteous, and honest roofing contractor that I have ever worked with. I received an insurance claim and requested bids from 4 contractors. Only Crosby Roofing was willing to provide a honest bid, all other contractors never supplied an actual bid, instead they all offered a counter bid of $100 less than the lowest. I requested bids no less than 3 times and repeatedly received the same response. Additionally, the 3 contractors that were not chosen - demanded me to spend the complete insurance claim plus additional costs to increase their profits. The difference between Crosby Roofing and others was night and day. They completed the job in 1 day, they were very careful of all of our plants surrounding the house, their follow up to ensure everything was correct, was amazing. Collen was most pleasant and I felt very comfortable working with him for this large work request. This company is great and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone who is in the need of roof repair.

Collen and his crew just finished my new roof. Great job, finished in a day and a half. Collen worked with my adjuster to help get a great deal for all. My roof looks great and adds to the beauty of my home. Highly recommend Crosby Roofing for your roofing needs.

Our experience was good for the first steps in the process which just so happened to go along with the steps required to secure our job for Crosby.

A very quick summary of what to expect if you get the same experience we had: work being performed on your house up to 9:30 at night, a mess left all over our yard, taking a couple days to come and clean that up, several promises that are made in the process of securing our contract that we had to remind repeatedly in order to get done (one of which never got done and we did it ourselves) and very unusual billing practices where several months went by before we were finally asked to pay the second installment as well as inaccurate requests for the final payment that I had to correct. Lastly based on how late they worked at our house into the night and the fact that we observed our neighbors having their roof replaced on a Sunday on Father's Day I would be inclined to say Crosby's primary interest is turn and burn. 

I give two stars because at least the person that we dealt with was polite when we were able to talk to him however the rest of the experience was disappointing and periodically unprofessional.

I recently had my roof repaired by Crosby Roofing, and I was beyond satisfied with the results. Quality work for a reasonable price and GREAT staff!!! I'll definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks for your hard work guys!
