They were very detailed in their diagnosis, explained the potential options step by step, and were transparent in their pricing. Beyond their expertise, their customer service was excellent. They genuinely cared about helping us and improving our home. How they handle projects, from start to finish, is truly impressive.

My experience with the Red Shirt Guys was amazing. They were knowledgeable, transparent, and courteous. Whenever we had questions, or concerns, they promptly and thoroughly explained each step of the process and any contingencies to be aware of. We had a lot of anxiety approaching our project, but upon meeting these guys, it melted away. Amazing customer service, and overall a great experience!
