Cross County Shopping Center has always been the first go-to shopping center for me being a life-long resident of Yonkers.  They renovated it a handful of years back and it looks great -- only negative for the shoppers is that you cannot enter the stores on the parking lot side...you must enter on the inner side of the mall by the inner walkways.  Better for security purposes but less ease of access for shoppers.  Since it is an outside mall, shopping can be hampered by inclement weather.
It is very convenient having a number of restaurants to choose from, and even a grocery store, hotel, and movie theater just on the outskirts or parameter is wonderful...Cross County Square Mall is an indoor shopping mall which is also very close by.

I've lived here 35 years; so, I've seen this place grow, modernize and expand. Easy to reach, loads of free parking. Can be reached by public transit from NYC. Anchor stores are Macy's and Sears. Hyatt Hotel. Stop and Shop. Banking. Every kind of food choices you can think of. My idea of a great date is dinner at one of a ton of restaurants then a movie at the multiplex. Bargain to high-end shopping. Safe place to go, no matter the hour. Only drawback, driving in and out very slow and congested during peak shopping periods, mainly Christmas season.

Been going to this place since the year 2000. It's amazing to see all the improvements they've made. It's always Lit in the summer and spring time.

Great mall. Lots of options. Hyatt hotel is awesome. Food chains and lots of public transportation in area. Local food and bar scene is nice.

The century 21 store here is great. Its really big with a lot of options to choose from. Plus the prices are affordable
