Its a brand new mall. They've made it bigger and better with much more stores added. Traffic in and out of Coop City is being managed and is a welcomed sight. It helps to keep both residents and visitors flowing to their destinations. We await a New Train System to and from Manhattan. However till then the Express Buss is holding things down as is the Bronx Queens Express Buss. So feel free to come through City Island is close by.

It's a beautiful and clean mall, but unsupervised young school kids make it a habit of congregating and starting meaningless fights, public disturbance and inconvenience real shoppers. 😤 Good grief, when will it end? 🤔 Anyway, don't let that stop you from shopping here. Just stay vigilant. 

- Police Officers and Security Guards are on duty patrolling.  
- The mall is noticeable from a moving vehicle. 
- FREE public parking, but parking can be scarce during the holiday seasons. 
- Wheelchair ♿ accessible parking and entrance. 
- It was renovated not too long ago. 
- Food 🍴🍕🍔🍱🍜🍕🍪🍞🍰 court available on the upper floor. 
- FREE public restroom 🚻.

One of the best things I love about this mall is that it’s never crowded, and you better drive there, don’t count on any Cabs Uber or even Lyft, because you’ll wait at least 25 minutes before getting picked up. Did it once and never again , and yes, the parking lot is humongous! You’ll never have to worry about not finding a spot.

This place is nice first of all. It has a dining area for those who get hungry,and many stores. There is nothing that you wouldn't  like.

During the day is great!! Love all the stores in it! But after 3 p.m all the ratchet people start showing up.
