Dr Shields is the best veterinarian in town!!! Every time I've gone there he's very patient with my fur-baby, even though she's very shy and skittish. He's an extremely caring doctor who is always willing to give sound advice, and I always recommend him to all my friends and family members who have pets.

I brought my two bunnies here to get neutered. They had an examine then the actual procedure. The staff here is very kind and knowledgeable. The prices are also very reasonable. Nothing too expensive. The staff was very kind and gentle with my rabbits as well. I am very pleased and would recommend cross creeks animal hospital to anyone. Thank you doctor Shields!!

Love Dr.Jeff, had appointment with Dr. Ben today for the first time, best docs anywhere, been going to Dr.Jeff for 36 yrs! Best vet ever! I highly recommend cross creek's animal clinic!

Our boxer dog has an extensive history of GI & allergy issues. After relocating here I continued to drive her to Polaris because the holistic vet there who fixed a lot of her issues knew her so well. I finally made the transition to Dr Shields & my only regret was I didn't do it sooner. He read thru our dogs history & medical reports prior to our first appointment . He was well versed in all that works for our dog & was accommodating in continuing the regimen. The staff is amazing!

Dr Jeff and Dr Ben Shields are fabulous. And the staff are very helpful with great attitudes. Followed Dr Jeff from his old office. I know many clients that did the same💜💜🐱🐶
