The vets themselves are great - but when your dog is sick good luck finding an opening to bring her in until 4 days from now and when you get there it'll be at least 40-45 minutes before you actually see the vet and you stand around at counter what feels like forever before they check you out to go.  One day I was there for over 90 minutes from moment I walked in to moment I walked out.  That office is so chaotic and I feel so stressed by the end of the appointment

Always take our pets here. They are very good with the animals. Wish the price was a little more reasonable and the appointments were easier to get though.

For over 20 years I've taken my animals here for treatment. They're good and often booked up as a result.  Great staff that treat us like family.

They are down to earth and very compassionate. They get to know you and your pet on a personal level.

This is the only place in Columbus we would take our dog. Super friendly staff great bedside manner reasonable prices and extremely knowledgeable.
