We realize there are many options for representation out there, and we talked with several of the "big names" before finding Cross and Smith. With the others, it felt like we were being bullied, in a tank with hungry sharks. We are still receiving junk mail from some. We are SO thankful we were referred to Justin Smith (Cross and Smith) for our accident claim. He and his team were absolutely amazing. They made us feel more like family and less like a case number. We have been very inquisitive during the process and they have handled us with patients and professionalism. They worked diligently to process our claim and their work is greatly appreciated.

I have hired Justin Smith to handle two separate automobile accidents that I was involved in. I have worked for several different attorneys during my lifetime, and I am fully aware that most attorneys take a while to respond to phone calls or emails. Justin has always been so quick to respond to any questions or needs that I have had during each process. He is such an attentive and steadfast attorney who has always shown unparalleled professionalism. After my husband was injured in a burn accident at work, we felt the accident could have been avoided. I wasn't sure where to start, but after careful research, we met with Justin Smith and shared our experience.  From day one, we felt we were in good hands. Justin and Dell explained everything and kept us informed from start to finish. It was a complicated case that took an "outside the box" approach. Both Justin and Dell made us feel like part of the team. They were diligent and professional.  We trusted their expertise and knowledge of the law. We consider them friends, not just our lawyers. It was a pleasure to work with Justin Smith, Dell Cross and their wonderful staff. I highly recommend them!!
