Went here with family and was delighted at how cool a theme they had here with the medieval decor. There was a small bar and an area for dining. Was a little tight to squeeze in to sit as some of the tables are very close together. The server was an absolute sweetheart and kind. I had a Cuban sandwich which was epic and a homemade side of coleslaw which was rich and creamy and just wow! Even the side of cottage cheese was very good. Most restaurants have dry cottage cheese, but theirs was creamy. Nice decor, pretty good parking and warm and welcoming service. A great place to have lunch, brunch or meet up for a work meal. Would have given it 5 stars but the cramped seating is a problem. Highly recommend! Bathrooms are in the back and the ladies had one stall only, so you know. It is a cozy place. Kid-friendliness: Kids were here eating.
Surprisingly excellent food! The only thing I can say is it's probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced in dining. To put that in perspective I'm 40 years old and Helen Keller would do a better job serving tables than anyone in this building they could care completely less about the customer!
This place is classic. The people working there were extremely nice and very helpful with ordering the right food. The place is wheelchair accessible and with accessible parking too. The food is very good and cooked right.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: No
I did take out here, and thank God I did. They were jammed packed full of customers. This seemed to be a very popular place for local customers. A little small inside with medival times theme to them. The food was ok, but it's a bar/grill so take that for what it's worth. It seems to be a hit place for locals I had the steak and clams.
This restaurant was a recommendation from a friend and the food was incredible. Best house salad.. loved their fries and shrimp platter. The shrimp cocktail is one of the best I have ever had. The shrimp itself was plump and great texture. Will definitely be back.Food: 5/5
The theme is awesome, I love medieval stuff. The problem is that the location is so small, it's incredibly LOUD if there more than a couple tables. They have everyone shoved on top of each other, we left with headaches from the noise. BUT the food is good. I got the smothered chicken, and everything was super tasty. I'd definitely eat it again, but maybe as a to go order next time. Also the menu isn't terribly descriptive, we have to ask out poor server multiple questions about multiple dishes. And a lot of things are deep friend that shouldn't be. The entire seafood platter is all battered and fried, so everything tasted like oily breading and nothing else. So I'd say go when they're not busy, ask all the questions, and make sure what you want isn't deep fried, and you'll enjoy everything else.
Overall, I would go back. The space really worked against them but the food was really good. This is a small space, with what looked like about or under 20 tables very close together a lot of weaving and squeezing happened to get to our booth on the far wall We went around 7:30 on a Saturday and about 3/4 of the tables were seated. It was -loud- The space is very open and people were yelling to hear each other. If you can get past the intense level of noise, this is worth the visit. My Ruben had a really nice portion of quality meat and the fish and chips we ordered had a nice fish-to-batter ratio. The fries were slightly over seasoned but still good.
Gave it all 5 stars but atmosphere can get very loud. It's "The usuals" sitting up at bar area. Our waitress was very friendly and had a sense of humor. Our group was big 12 is big for this rest. She got us all settled in &took care of us plus all the other customers. Ruben sandwich was excellent, hot beef was delightful.Food: 5/5
