Ripped me off! I asked for a 2 piece white meal with an extra piece and a 2 piece dark meat. I got home and opened it up I had one piece of white meat and 2 dinky dark meat. What happened to the other 2 pieces of chicken?? $24.00 for 3 pieces of chicken and dry mac n cheese isn't worth it. I opened the boxes and took the pics below with the receipt to show. Lesson learned, check your order before you drive 25 minutes back home. Waste of money.

The kids that work there nowadays do not care about offering good customer service. It saddens me because my family and I used to love eating at Yaya‘s. But for The last couple times we visited, they have forgotten multiple things and rarely offered a solution. When I called to see what they were going to do about forgetting to give me an extra that I paid for, they said was “sorry about that” ….. I then said, “well, what are you going to do about it? What can you do about it?” I shouldn’t have to ask them for a refund. The customer service is horrendous will not be going here anymore spending $30+ on two meals

I love chicken salad, and YaYa's does a great job. Need more fiber from rice? Try the brown rice pilaf side with the baked beans mixed together I suggest on the salad "plate". More greats here!

Employee CHRIS...FORGETS so besure to CHECK your order!!! And because they were leaving I couldn't eat the soup I ordered for dinner but was charged! He tried making up for product outage by giving me 8 thighs! 8? Thighs? Smh. They don't deserve 1 star they got! Yayas has good food but customer serves SUCKS at this location and the Flint location!!!

Covid did a number on this place all around. Poor service, hours of operation are flakey, food is not as good. They have my favorite Caesar dressing but for the price for what you get turns me off this days.

Ugh the sigh of disappointment I felt to come back home finally be able to grab some Yaya’s and find out they stopped selling Rice Pudding! They also have new things on the menu and granted is has been years but I hoped they would stay to there core. Seeing Mac and Cheese on the menu just threw me all off. Either way Chicken & Pita we’re a amazing person usual.

Went here on my lunch break today just out of curiosity. Someone already indicated what i'm about to say. I live right by the Dort Hwy. location, which I love, and went to the Grand Blanc one today because I'd read previous reviews on the disparity in amount of food given. The photos below are of the difference in the cold-shredded honey wheat wrap; the right being Dort Hwy., left being GB. Needless to say, I prefer the right, don't ruin YaYa's integrity!!! But, the food was good. I love YaYa's.

Not sure how you stay in business!! I have supported YAYA’S for many years. Just wish you would listen to your customers. This lettuce is GARBAGE and is not worth paying $13. Oh and the dressing that has to be made now in house now is like water.

Do not go within 1 hour of closing staff makes you feel as though you're inconveniencing them by ordering food has happened on numerous occasions and I am over it no more YaYa's grand Blanc for me

I stopped by YAYA'S Flame Broiled Chicken  in Grand Blanc & picked up a 2 Piece Famous YAYA'S  Chicken Dinner for a Relative of mine. He is Elderly & couldn't get there by himself. So, I picked up a YAYA'S delicious Chicken Dinner for him .And he loves it. The price was pretty reasonable. It came with 2 Sides & with Pita Bread. The 2 Pieces of Chicken were a Leg & a Thigh. And it was less than $10.00.Good Customer Service too. Alyssa I believe was the Cashier & Server. She did a Good Job .A Guy was Working there too this late Afternoon. He got the Orders together..He did a Good Job too. I Recommend this Place to Anyone.
