CrossCountry Tours has more than 20 years experience with School Trips, Band/Choir Trips, Family Reunions, Weddings, Corporate Meetings, Church Conferences, Escorted Tours, Shopping Trips and other special events. Buses are equipped with monitors and VCR/DVD and WiFi. Seating for 47 to 55 passengers with style and the latest amenities aboard.

Our youth was very excited about going to camp, doing their best to raise the money etc for this trip. I love supporting other black businesses and was looking forward with using this company for travel now and so on for our group trips. When we got on the bus some of the amenities we asked about was not on the bus which was okay not a major issue for us, whem we got on the bus the air was cool. The bus travel was not very nice from the beginning of this trip, I consider him an older gentleman stuck in his ways which is not always good for a company trying to build.... He kept cutting the air off saying it was broken it was extremely hot on the bus we have kids who take meds and have asthma etc who can not be hot who was getting sick, he told us the air wasn't working we called the company they said they checked the bus and so on. Same driver same bus came to pick us up again! Very rude and unpleasant to the women who are on the bus. We ask can he'll turn the air up because it was hott!! He said "it ain't my bus there's nothing I can do" and the air hits him first and he be cold,,, well sir if you the driver and know its cold then you need to wear clothes that will keep you from getting cold we don't deserve been hot because he was cold. The bus ride was horrible the movie player was not working no sound etc and so one at this point we will never use this company again nor tell others to us it because we have tried talking to someone and there was nothing done to assist us. We didn't ask for nothing but AIR!!!!!! and for some reason for this company it mus was too much to ask for I will not recommend this company to anyone else unless the get rid of this travel or teach him basic customer service skills! And make sure that everything is working and functioning properly on there bus oh he said its not his problem he just the bus travel. My black people if you want us to support our on please do better thank you!

Omg like its so hot on this bus.. The bus driver dont wanna cut on the air when we ask him to.. He's telling us that the air condition is broken.. And I can't be riding on a bus that is hot because it causes problems to my body like nose bleed... He will cut on da air for a little while and then turn it off and sat its broken...

It was a horrible ride they didn't want to turn the air on and it was ova a 100 degree. He was swerving for no reason.
