Worst customer service ever, if you need something or have don't bother calling because they will act like you bothering them while they are at work. Just horrible experience every we call.

Go here for an IDP international driver's permit. The service was great and it took less than 10 minutes total including photos. This is much easier than mailing in your form. Google AAA IDP form and fill it out before you go in. It's super easy. Matt was very helpful.

Worst insurance company. Raised my rates for month to month coverage after an agreed upon amount. They are charging me 2300 dollars for canceling my auto policy. Under no circumstances choose this company for auto insurance.

Good insurance company at low price. The only problem is that they never answer the phone so impossible to reach them if you have a problem and can’t go to the office

I wouldnt say anything bad about this particular location. However AAA altogether is a rip off. Good Sam is way better in my opinion. Coming from someone who used AAA for years. They make you pay for services after 3 occurrences in a year. If you have an older car good sam is good or not. Unlimited miles and service calls is always a plus when getting road side assistance. And good sam roadside is number 1. AAA basically just taking people money. I gave them 2 stars because before i knew about uncle sam they were there. Took forever for them to come. But they did.

I HAD a GREAT agent but she retired. I've been a member for 6 years, but since then this agency has gone downhill, and customer service is the PITS. If you want to be treated like a 5th class citizen, this is the place. Indefinite HOLD on calls to St.Louis.

I've been with this company for 8 years and I must say AAASouthaven is the worst branch EVER! The customer service sucks. They never answer calls and take ownership when they make a mistake. The only thing that they do well is take your money!

Im not sure or not if my new agent boss seen the best interest in me as a customer He told me if I dropped my car insurrance Triple A would drop my house insurance. Is this true you have to have two??? Not that I was but what if I didnt have a car does that mean ill not be qualified to  insurance with this company? Then had me sign like a contract with them like if I was considering it ill owe them so much. My old agent Naomi never mad me feel either I do or well do this to stay a customer. Dude looked younger enough to be my son. Happy he looked fresh out of college to get the job but what about great customer service im use to. I felt pinned in a office with 2 men 1 my new agent I just met and a guy. His boss   sign your life on the line. Guy or else felt threatened we will drop you.. My home feel didn't feel welcome anymore at the Southaven branch.

I use to be a  policy holder and was thinking of coming back. Not sure what happened to this office. It's sad that no one ever answers the phone there. Doesn't look good if you need your agent and can never get through to someone. Sad!
