Have loved coming to this gym for a long time. Great coaching, great facility and great people. I stay in shape and have a great time. Some of my closest friendships have been developed before, during and after class at Crossfit Amplify. Highly recommended

I've never been much of an athlete and always felt out of place in the gym, but Amplify always makes me feel welcomed and capable. The coaches are always concerned with my form during lifts, which makes me feel safe as I continue to learn and improve. They also don't mind if I stay after class to spend extra time working on something. They are always encouraging.

Among the best spaces in the area, with many class time options stating at 530 AM. friendly coaches and members make you feel welcome the moment you walk in
