Revamp Fitness
Revamp Fitness classes are 45 mins, and are available 6 days a week both am and pm times . Each day is a different workout and is packed with a series of fun exercises that are specifically designed to:
* Tone and strengthen the body
* Increase cardiovascular fitness
* Leave the mind and body feeling refreshed
During a session one can expect to engage in a combination of:
calisthenics (exercises performed without weights or equipment)
resistance training
TRX
jump roping
core strengthening
obstacle courses
medicine balls
sports drills
kettle bells
cardio training
agility (balance and coordination)
partner drills
stretching
