The workouts are always challenging and fun. When i signed up, the first thing the owner said was "Welcome to the Dark Side", I had no idea what I was in for! You want real, practical results, this is the place. Both men and women of any fitness level even those who have never trained in their entire life will feel comfortable here and progress swiftly so long as you follow the program & eat correctly.

I was visiting from out of town and the staff was very welcoming. The owner was very friendly and hooked me up with a three day pass. The gym members were friendly and if I knew anyone under 50 who lived in Bridgewater Id be sure to recommend them to join.

Great facilities with an even better coaching staff! They push your fitness levels to new limits everyday. I started here a little over two years ago trying to get in better shape for my high school football season. From the first class at CFB I was hooked. I not only saw my strength numbers increase but I also saw vast improvement in my balance, speed, and agility on the football field. I credit this to Jason, Sonia, and the rest of the coaches who put in hard work behind the scenes in order to help everyone in the gym become better athletes.

Had great workouts while a member here but had issues with the business continuing to charge my credit card for 2 months afterwards, months I did not sign up for. After the first charge I left a voicemail and heard nothing back. Sent an email a few days later, no one responded. Saw a second charge on my credit card statement the next month and left another voicemail, was ignored again. Finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Very responsive when wanting to sign up, not so responsive after the fact. Had a conversation when signing up saying that I was moving in 5 weeks and was specifically only purchasing one month of membership. Shady business practices... 4/22/16 update It's one month later and this gym has charged my card another $150. Have also not responded to inquiries by my credit card company regarding the dispute. This now makes the third time, my credit card company is elevating the situation to fraud status and I have to get a new card. Please be careful giving these people your credit card information! I wish I never did it!

At the age of 60 the best thing I have done for myself is working out at CrossFit Bridgewater. Over the years I have gone to many gyms and exercise programs but in the past few years I have seen the most dramatic results from CrossFit. I am in better shape now than ever. I am stronger, thinner, healthier and more agile. CrossFit is for all ages, young and old. They modify the workout to fit everyone's needs and different capabilities. The owners Jason and Sonia are always supportive and focused on your safety. They have a great coaching staff that makes us feel like family. I have seen remarkable changes in people who have joined, everyone who becomes committed see positive results. Don't hesitate to come and try us out. You will be pleasantly surprised, and seeing change in no time.
