Ive known the owners since long before I was a member and I can say that these two individuals GENUINELY CARE about you as a person trying to better yourself in addition to as a client with fitness goals. They are knowledgeable, motivating and create a fun energetic and SAFE environment to achieve those goals in. If you are looking for a gym where you can start at any age station or skill level and be built up in a positive, safe, motivating and inclusive environment then Crossfit Wolf King is your gym

Crossfit WolfKing is AMAZING. I met with another gym prior to finding this group. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment and staff and others very unfriendly. I needed flexibility with my schedule and they were not willing to work with me. If a friend didn't ask me to join her , I would not have never met Sara and Keith who are the best! Very accomodating and everyone is so friendly and supportive. Program is fantastic and scaled to each person's level. One month in and I love it. Best decision I have made for myself in a long time!!!

Welcoming and unintimidating atmosphere for new and experienced Crossfitters alike. CrossFit Wolf King has quickly become my second family. The coaching is tailored to each member's needs, and I personally have experienced a life-changing transformation in my health, body composition and overall well-being. Even if you're unsure if you can "do Crossfit" do yourself a favor and visit Keith and Sara and the CrossFit Wolf King family. You'll soon realize you can not only do more than you imagined, but thrive and have a blast while doing it!

Crossfit Wolfking has changed my life! Keith and Sara are the most hard-working, dedicated coaches you could ever have. They have created an atmosphere where everyone who enters their doors immediately feels like family. Each and every member is important to them and it shows on a daily basis. Not only will you never get a better workout anywhere else, but you will also develop relationships with amazing people that will last a lifetime. If you are curious about crossfit, but feeling intimidated by it at the same time THIS is the place for you. It is certainly not your average crossfit where members come in, lift weights, and leave. Sara and Keith know that weights aren't everything and they incorporate an enormous variety of movements into their workouts. It's a home away from home that will improve your health, make you stronger, and most importantly build your confidence. You really are missing out if you don't try it. 😁

I can't say enough good things about CrossFit Wolf King (CFWK). Keith and Sara are excellent trainers. The gym is always clean & the staff is friendly, knowledgable, & motivating. For the longest time, I felt too intimated to try CrossFit but walking through the door of CFWK was the best decision in the world! I love the variety of the workouts as well as the mobility work. No 2 workouts are ever the same and I am always challenged. When I started at CFWK, I had bad knees and I was afraid of further injuring them. But Keith and Sara took the time to scale workouts as needed so I would not further aggravate my knees. A year later, my knees feel SO much better and I now can run, jump, squat and lunge will little to no residual pain. CFWK is my "happy place". We have such an amazing community (A.K.A. 'Wolf Pack'). Saturday morning WODs are the best because they bring us altogether for a challenging yet fun team workout. To anyone has ever considered trying CrossFit because but find it intimidating, I strongly recommend you try CFWK. You're in for a big surprise!
