I LOVE CrossFit Cabarrus! I would recommend this place to anyone, no matter your current fitness level. The coaches are fantastic people who really know what they're doing and can help anyone reach their goals, whether you have been lifting for years or you have never exercised regularly before. I have gone to a few other gyms before, including a different CrossFit box, and my progress has skyrocketed here compared to anywhere else. The community is so encouraging and pushes you to succeed in such a positive way. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

**WARNING: Working out at CrossFit Cabarrus can be addictive!!! You'll love it there, so check it out! Unless you don't want to see results, then you probably shouldn't. :-)

I thought I was in good shape before joining Crossfit Cabarrus.  I had no idea.  CFC and their coaches have gotten me into the best shape of my life.

I've tried three other gyms in Concord and have finally found a home at crossfit cabarrus.  The coaches know their stuff and the environment is exactly what I need to keep me coming back.  Going four months strong and loving it!
