I dropped in with my 2 teen kids for a class while visiting from Seattle. The coaches were as knowledgeable as they were friendly. And the rest of the class participants treating us like we were regulars. This box epitomizes the community aspect of CF that makes it so much more than a fitness system. And it doesn't get any better than CFGB. Thanks guys!

I love this place!  
I love the facility for the abundance of safe and clean equipment, the great and friendly people who are members, and most of all, the coaches who are knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging and always require great form and your best effort.  They have helped me go from a girl with a bad back (having had a spinal fusion 10 years before starting) to a really strong and confident chick.  They taught me how to hold myself and move better than any doctor, physical therapist or other fitness instructor ever has!

The community that CrossFit Green Bay has built is truly incredible. The space and equipment is fantastic, but more importantly, the leadership from the coaches and the support from the members is what makes this place amazing. 

CrossFit Green Bay has eliminated all of my concerns about stepping into crossfit. From day one the coaches have provided great direction and truly take the time to help you learn how to do things properly and give you opportunities to challenge yourself as your workouts grow. 

The members at CrossFit Green Bay are also very supportive. Everyone is encouraging and happy to see you make progress no matter your level of fitness. They help you get through the toughest workouts and celebrate you reaching new goals. 

I truly look forward to going to workout here and have never left a workout feeling better than I do when I go to CrossFit Green Bay. If you are looking for a place to reach your fitness goals, I highly recommend CrossFit Green Bay. Truly an incredible community.

The minute you walk through these doors you will feel at home.  I have never been so challenged and encouraged like I have been here.  The coaches are great and always on point to show you what you're doing right or wrong.  I have been doing crossfit for nine months now and I can honestly say I have never been in better shape physically and mentally.  I love this box and all the awesome people here, only wish I would have joined earlier.

CrossFit Green Bay is a premier strength and conditioning training facility which focuses on functional movements designed to assist people in obtaining overall fitness, health, and well-being. The coaching staff is phenomenal, the members are friendly, and the training regimen is challenging yet rewarding. Personally, I train at CrossFit Green Bay 5-6 times a week and I greatly enjoy accomplishing my personal fitness goals in this setting!
