I took advantage of the free studio introduction offering a sample of dance, barre, and yoga and it was great! It's a welcoming environment for all ages and fitness levels with class offerings to meet all fitness and wellness needs. I can't wait to go back and try more! Thanks Jenstar for encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone (basement/home fitness room!)

If I could give more stars I would.  Jenstar yoga is not just a studio- it's a community.  Jen is so welcoming and accommodating to everyone.  Any level of student would feel comfortable here - Jen and her teachers all encourage people to do what is best for them and always offer advanced variations of poses as well as easier variations if you need them.   There is much more offered than just yoga.  I take classes here about twice a week and also take specialty workshops when I can.  I would definitely recommend the restorative yoga workshop to anyone when it's available - it's like getting a solid 6 hours of sleep!  I've also enjoyed many lifestyle type workshops on things like auyerveda, oils, meditation, etc.  This is the studio I'd recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming environment/group of people.  It's truly a judgement free studio which others I've been to claim to be but definitely are NOT.

Jenstar is a warm and welcoming studio for people of all levels of yoga, barre and dance. Jen and her instructors are so encouraging and helpful. Jenstar is a fabulous studio and I recommend it to everyone I know!

Jen is an amazing Yoga trainer and rest of the star is superb too. I have started loving Yoga because of Jenstar. Beautiful location, variety of classes and reasonable prices make this a perfect evening relaxation and fitness spot.

Jenstar provides a great variety of class offerings, from yoga, to barre, to dance. The instructors are all fantastic and encouraging. There is something for everyone to try at Jenstar.
