Not your typical Crossfit Gym ("Box").  Cody and Wyatt are my coaches and they are excellent.  My wife is now an addict and she has never done anything like it before but she loves it.  She was a little intimidated going in because of the Crossfit reputation but these coaches are fun, easy going and they will push you when needs to and work with you at your own level.  Make it your New Year resolution.  We need more people in our 4:30am class..;) 

Well done Cody and Matt!!  We are a big fan.

I love this gym, they are serious about helping you be the best version of yourself, inside and out. There have incredible members too, very welcoming and encouraging to each other, and to new members.

These guys are the best. I had been CrossFitting for a while when my gym closed. I took some time off and then ended up at Kimokeo. I can tell you I have had insane strength gains since working out there, more than I had in five years of CF prior. Their programming is great, perfect for five visits per week unlike other programming. Give them a call.
