Coming up on second anniversary with Lifelong Fitness.  I've changed my diet feel much better and lost significant weight.  Turning 60 this year and feel better than i have for probably 20 years.  Great crew, great program and great Trainer (Garrett).   Here's to another two years :)

This is my happy place.  Every time I walk into this gym I'm greeted personally by the owner and you can't help but make friends. If you're looking for a place to just "hook up",  this isn't it.  This is a small gym with trainers that are not just certified,  but actually educated to know what different bodies need in order to get in great shape.  Every trainer is different and workouts are custom to fit the clients.  If something isn't working for you,  there are options.  I don't think I'll ever go back to large gyms again.

I have been going to life long fitness for four years now and loving my training experience. The trainers are very well educated, friendly and devoted to my personal needs. They are also committed to there clients success. It's not a diet or exercise program but a lifestyle change. I like meeting with my trainer once a week and then getting a new workout everyday until I meet with her again. I am grateful for the knowledge, support, and commitment my trainer (Marty) has for me and also the rest of the staff at life long fitness.

I love training at Lifelong Fitness. The atmosphere here is unlike any typical gym I've ever been to. Everybody is so kind and fun to be around! I have learned so much from my trainer Marty and would recommend her and any of the other trainers to anybody and everybody who wants to get serious about working out!
