Love this place! Jeff, the owner, and other coaches are very knowledgeable to help you exceed your fitness goals! Once you're in, you're hooked!

At age 62 joining CrossFit was a bit intimidating, but Jeff Giosi has made me feel welcome and encouraged me every step of the way.   Every workout has pushed me but been doable.  He is brilliant at finding the appropriate variation of an exercise for all levels of fitness.   He does an excellent job of teaching proper form and watching to make sure everyone keeps to it.

Don't get lost in the crowd. Smaller classes mean more attention paid TO YOU. Hey let's be honest, this isn't a $10 a month gym. You have goals right?Whatever your goals my be, Jeff is THE coach to help you reach them. He has so much knowledge of every aspect of fitness. His wants YOU to succeed.  You just can't go wrong. This is more than just a CrossFit box. It's where I find refuge from the chaos of my life. It's where I have a top notch coach that encourages and supports me every day. It's where I can surround myself other like minded people of all ages and skill levels. THIS IS THE TRUE JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE.  It's where i am free to bring my daughter if I have to, and still have my hour of time to focus on me. It's where I feel so much camaraderie and have made some of the best friends of my life.  Not to mention Im stronger and more fit and have accomplished more than I ever imagined I'd be capable of. Truly one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Jeff Giosi is a very passionate coach who truly cares about the members.  I've been working out here almost 3 years and it has transformed so many aspects of my life.  So much more than a gym and a workout.
