The Ridgeline facility is conveniently located in the heart of Suncrest/Evansdale, next to Black Bear Burritos on University Avenue. It offers top-notch equipment, 4 private showers, and software to keep track of your progress.
Additionally, CrossFit Ridgeline houses West Virginia Weightlifting, an official USAW club. For those interested in focusing on strength and/or participating in USAW competitions, the club offers individualized programming, eight custom platforms, Pendlay bearing bars, and competition plates. The club is high-energy and goal driven so be prepared to make a commitment and stay disciplined.
