This Crossfit exceeds the average and will surely surpass your expectations of a crossfit gym. It has showers for the traveler or the individual sneaking in a lunch-break workout, and a children's room appropriately decorated and furnished with toys. They are not lacking in equipment, and also have a pro shop to buy items like drinks, supplements, or wrist straps. Energetically decorated walls, windows to see the outside weather, and plenty of space. There's even a couch if crossfit isn't for you, and you find yourself waiting on your blood-pump addicted loved one.

Friendly staff, tough WODs, cool members. Could use a little more individual instruction, especially during workouts. Encouragement is there, but concern for form, and even suggestions about backing off on certain movements, when form falls apart would get them to 5 stars.

Crossfit Salem is a great community of people first and foremost.  We have people of all shapes and sizes and different backgrounds that come in to throw down and get fit and it's awesome.  This box has all of the equipment you could ever ask for and tons of space so we're only limited on what exercises to use for workouts by our imagination ;)  I've been coming here for over two years now and I couldn't ask for a better facility or people.
