Extremely pushy. This is your stereotypical gym that will call you endlessly just because you came in to check it out. While they have a nice facility, the pricing and policy is far from desirable.

People are strange. They sign a simple gym membership and don't get it. ALL gyms I have belonged to ask for a minimum term commitment. The Anytime Fitness in McMinnville has from 1 month to 3 years available and I CHOSE a longer term, simple! You people committed under simple terms and you blame the owners and call them "evil"? Very childish and very disturbing! I belonged to this facility until recently due to a relocation with my company. My cancellation went smooth and just as the agreement states it would. Before I left they were upgrading equipment and the overall appearance of the facility even though the facility has only been there for a reasonably short time. I felt like the owners certainly cared about their members by constantly trying to improve our experience. The atmosphere and equipment are by far heads and shoulders above any other option in town. It is disheartening that there are people out there who don't take responsibility for there own decisions, pathetic! I will DEFINITELY join Anytime Fitness again should my work bring me back to McMinnville.

I really enjoy the variety of equipment and personalized TV's. However, the people who work there are quite terrible. I initially visited this gym to check out their facilities and membership options. I felt like I walked into a sleazy used car lot. I was immediately pressured into a one year membership (since that was the shortest membership they offered) and left with buyer's remorse. Six months later I moved to SE Portland and was told to use the closest Anytime Fitness, no questions asked. Now that my year contract is up I am in the process of trying to cancel my membership, but of course that is a whole process within itself.

I'm going to have to agree with Lindsy. The owners there are pretty messed up. I recently just moved to Oregon City and the owners there made me realize how bad the owners of the McMinnville gym are. Besides dealing with them the gym has good equipment but during peak hours it gets very crowded.
