The team at Crossfit Slipstream is fantastic. Coaches and members were all encouraging and friendly. When they state they are welcoming of all ability levels, they truly mean it. I didn't feel shamed at all for needing to modify to decrease difficulty, and the coaches gladly showed me easier variations. I have little to no experience weight lifting and no prior experience with CrossFit, and I happily came back for a second guest day.

I'm into my 4th month of crossfit under the instruction of the Slipstream coaches. I doubt you'll find more knowledgeable coaches anywhere in the Twin Cities area. In this short time, I have a better understanding of the philosophy behind Crossfit and I have to say, I have drank the koolaid! I feel better. I am leaner. I can (almost) tie my shoes without grunting and I definitely have more energy. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming to beginners and the more experienced alike. Give this place a try! You'll live longer!

I cannot speak more highly of Crossfit Slipstream! I started out with the "New You Challenge" just 3 months ago and now I am completely hooked. I am not...repeat NOT athletic whatsoever, so joining anything like this, much less Crossfit, made me extremely anxious. But John and the other coaches have made this such a wonderful transition and have guided me towards reaching my health and fitness goals. I have already seen some amazing results including noticeable weight loss and inches off everywhere. The community atmosphere at Slipstream is extremely encouraging and friendly - not at all intimidating like it has been for me at other gyms. Anyone of any athletic level should try Crossfit - especially at Crossfit Slipstream. If I can do it, you can too!

First visited this gym during a Halloween themed night. John & Susan were very friendly and passionate about their business. The work out was tough for a newbie but manageable and left feeling good about what I accomplished. They offered solutions for everyone both new and experienced with Cross Fit. I loved the location, the building is tucked away from the busyness of the city but still close for suburb commute. I will definitely recommend this gym to friends and family!

I have been a member of CrossFit Slipstream for over a year now and it has been by far the best decision made. Everyone at Slipstream has been so encouraging and welcoming. The owners, trainers, and members are all amazing to work and train with. We encourage one another to keep going every step of the way. Every workout is tailored to meet your needs. I recommend anyone interested in trying something new or challenging to give it a chance.
