So happy to find a yoga studio close to home! The space is clean and welcoming. The instructors are great at providing you with an experience that clears your mind of all the days stress. I leave feeling happy and relaxed. The Crossover class is great too. I recommend this class to get your heart rate up and to sweat!

This is a wonderful yoga studio! I highly recommend it! The instructors are knowledgable and know exactly how to support and challenge their students. The power yoga is challenging and will help you work up a good sweat. The slow flow is great for sore muscles and not so flexible muscles. Also, the community is very supportive and kind! All in all a wonderful addition to Saint Paul yoga community

The Den is great! I've been looking for a yoga studio to call home, and The Den opened up just in time. Knowledgeable instructors, great class offerings, and a fantastic studio. Class times fit my schedule so I can squeeze in a Crossover class before work and top my workday off with yoga. Also, this studio has tons of amenities, which helps me get out the door and get to work. I'm so glad The Den is open in my neighborhood!

Each teacher I've had has been very helpful and kind. I am just starting out with yoga, and all the teachers I've had make it a very positive experience for me. They've each been patient and positive. everyone else in the class has also been very supportive and welcoming, even though they are all more experienced than I. The person who runs The Den has made it into a wonderful atmosphere, and has done a really quality job of selecting other teachers. The place just got a major remodel and it is beautiful.

I love the Sunday Slow Flow class with Megan! It's a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Megan is wonderful at making people feel comfortable no matter what level you come with. This is a wonderful way to start my week, and I truly feel restored after this class. HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!!
