I cannot say enough about how wonderful this gym is. I came in as a newbie with no crossfit experience and just a touch of weight lifting experience. The coaches worked with me to educate me on gymnastics, Olympic weight lifting and the mentality needed for crossfit. The classes are almost like a personal training session and the people are some of the friendliest you will meet. Would highly recommend checking out this gym.

My one year anniversary is coming up at 1020 and I have never been more grateful for making the decision to join. I have developed my skills, strength, and aerobic capacity ten fold since joining. The members are not members they are my best friends and my family and everyday they make working out and hitting PRs that much better. If you are on the fence on trying it out JUST DO IT and choose 1020.

CrossFit Ten Twenty is a Home away from Home. It has some really awesome people there. The coaching staff is very knowledgeable. Whether you have never stepped food in a gym, or you're a seasoned athlete. This is the place for you.

Great Atmosphere. If you're looking to get in shape, this is the spot. Everyone is very friendly and encourages you to do your best. Love this place!!
