Training is a combination of dynamic movements, cardio, weight training, gymnastics and agility. We are more of a fitness studio than a typical gym. Workouts can be scaled to every fitness level.
We are a functional strength and conditioning gym in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. Our training program combines high-intensity cardio with basic gymnastics and resistance training using a variety of old-school gym tools. If your goals include increased function at work, improvement at your favorite sport (or sports), rehabilitating a prior injury, or changing your body composition, we are the place for you.
