Don't miss Jessie.  Her knowledge is deep and wide -- anatomy, physiology, yoga, energy, inner work -- and her teaching is excellent. She adjusts instantly to what the group or individual needs, and her observation skills are sharp.  Constantly on the move with modifications, props,adjustments, encouragement. And she's coming from a big, caring, generous, healing heart. The world needs Jessie and so do I!

I attended a special yoga class for folks with back issues.  It was so much fun, and it was my first experience with yoga of any kind.  It was not what I thought it was going to be, it was so much better.  No stressing, no straining, just getting reacquainted with my body in new ways.  I learned some new breathing techniques and about discovering spaces in my body I did not know were there.  Thank you, Jessie, for your gentle guidance and your creative insights.
