We had him install a dedicated power line for a small outdoor hot tub which is needed for arthritis. He did not dedicate this line like we paid for ($350.00)...our downstairs fridge is on the same line which caused us a huge problem when we shut off the power switch for a few weeks around Thanksgiving. Since he was so rude and unresponsive when we asked him to fix the plug in so the tub could actually be plugged in when it was delivered, we didn't call him back. He also put the plug in where it is hard to reach, which we asked him not to do. He needed to be supervised I guess. We didn't need his attitude or his dishonesty.

Our breaker box caught fire and we were in a hotel until a new box was installed under a permit. After calling a calling a few electricians and hearing the phrase "we are booked" a handful of times, I reached Christian and to my surprise he asked to come out that moment and look at the damage. The very next day he and Art were out here and man were they busting their butt to get us power. Christian had a flight the following morning at 7 am and he still stayed until 9:30 PM working... He even cleaned up the drywall from the firefighters! The next day Art came and finished in such a timely matter that we had time to kill before the inspector showed up. All around this was the easiest and best service we received from contractors of any specialty. Thanks again guys!

Called to get some electric work done, set my appointment at 0830 asked time off of work technician never showed up, called the office at 0900 and said she would find out where the technician was at and call back but she never did really bad service!
