I was surprised to see such a good selection of brands I love such as Marc Jacobs, Theory, Madewell, etc. Most items are in good condition although slightly overpriced for a consignment store. I bought one dress by Armani Exchange for $26, still a bargain compared to paying full retail price.

I visited Crossroads in Pasadena, CA & was very impressed with the selections for both men & women. This is my new “go to”  place for clothing.

This places ranges from having  great customer service to  horrible rude service. I've had plenty of bad experiences here. But the selection of items is always good. And the employees that pride themselves with providing a pleasant shopping experience  keep me going back.

Have found lots of great things at this store. Deducting a star because they accept barely anything when selling.

I had been there two times and the Asian manager had been kind of rude with me and my friend. We was looking the clotes that they have next to the cashier and he snatch away it from are hands. I think that if he doesn't like his job, he should be working somewhere else. I'm a Latin girl and I love crossroads but I don't like to feel uncomfortable when I'm a client that will pay for what I like.
