I made an appointment ahead of time and still ended up waiting over 20 minutes. I expressed my disappointment to the owner, Tommy, and he was arrogant and rude. Also, no AC in the summer in San Ramon is not pleasant. Fortunately I have many other options and will not return there.

Best service and best nails! Very clean, pretty and welcoming inside. At one point I mentioned my phone was dying and my manicurist went out of his way to charge my phone for me. Great experience. Highly recommend Crow Canyon Nail Spa!
