I had a mixed experience here. They wanted me to pay for the massage up front which was fine, but I believe they also wanted tip up front too.  I am a firm believer that tip should not be expected, but they were rather pushy on this. I still did tip them.

I do give massage therapists a lot of credit and this is a tough job.  If I were to rate the massage I did not feel the massage was up to par with others in the area.  I'm not a huge fan of massage therapists using their arms or elbows to massage.  

Overall, I would give them 2 out 5.  There are better options in San Ramon, Dublin and Pleasanton.
