Simple process with a company that really wants to help. Ask about the owner and his history. Rock Hill location - everyone there is very professional and helpful. Listen, Mr. James Hines is someone you would be proud to call a friend. John did everything possible to make things work out with excellent results and a very fairly priced vehicle. Worst car ever , lucky I can't give it no stars . Bought a car from there , in 2 weeks fuel pump went bad 3 months transmission had to be rebuilt Now 7 months of having this car it needs a new engine. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wish I did . I find it strange that the moment their warranty ran out this car is completely gone. And the repairs cost more than the car. Don't worry about calling them , they will continuously remind that you bought it as-is. And it's not their problem. The corporate office is no better , you will be on hold all day , and get nothing resolved .

I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy a car from here. when i bought my car and took it home i had problems out of it the next day i called John and Lisa and they gave me the run a round about who i need to talk to.They didn't care they acted like its not our problem its your problem now. So i'm thinking to myself where are the nice people who sold me this car i guess its all fake until the car leave the lot. So after calling lisa over and over telling her this isn't right i shouldn't have to pay for repairs after a day of buying this car. she said there is nothing i can do just call John Gerst at the corporate office he is the other John boss i said ok. So i been trying to reach him and guess what no answer.THIS IS A SHADY DEALERSHIP SO PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE FOR A CAR.

Buying a car here was great ...Lisa is a awesome sales associate...I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Its not a hassle and they work hard to get you approved what what you desire
