I came to m&m motors desperately needing a car before I leave for graduate school. I was in a time crunch and the dealer listened to my top priorities in a car, spacious and great on gas. He recommended to me two different cars on the lot. This was my first time buying a car on my own and with my little knowledge he walked me through the differences in each car. I couldn't decide which better suited me so he encouraged me to go on a test run of each. This really helped secure my choice of a 2014 Honda Accord (seriously I love it so much)! The car is in great condition - it drives so smoothly! I would definitely recommend m&m motors -from their knowledge on cars to their patience with clients and the many resources they offer, and will be coming back in the future for any of my car needs.

I spoke to someone named Jack I believe. He was very pushy and blunt , I didn't like it or feel comfortable so I told him I was no longer interested. The next day another man called me Jasper or Jaser I believe. He was very nice and his costumer service was good. Well I told him my situation and he advised me to come to their lot because he was "sure" he could get me a car (I told him I needed one asap) well a even longer story short my husband and I went to the lot seen a jeep truck we liked so we filled out the credit application and was told they would be in contact with us. Well it's been days I never received a phone call email text nothing! That's just so unprofessional because regardless of what may have happened someone should have called me and told me the status of my application. I've called several times and no answer. Just very unprofessional and now I really don't feel comfortable with that dealership. Hell it maybe a good thing they never got in contact with me.

Purchased a car that was first advertised on Craig's list, then to find out it was at the lot in SC.  Test drove the car, it had two prior owners and the CarFax checked out with all service even very minor repairs.  I did have to way for about a month to get the title since the original paperwork did not convey the correct history of ownership.  They did communicate with me regarding when I would receive the documents.
Over all a good experience.

I inquired about a car on craigslist filtered "by owner".  Talked to the guy and said he had been driving the car for a year and that he bought it from a guy in Florida.  Guy said his "partner" would be showing it to me at the address he sent me.  I thought that was odd but whatever, its 2017 and who am I to judge or what not.  Pictures of the car were taken at some apartments, looked like a private owner sale.

Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the address given and its a buy here pay here car lot and the guy I talked to was a car dealer and the car was purchased at auction in Florida, not from an individual.

Not cool.  Be warned.

Friendly environment . Jack was very patient with me and let me test drive all the cars i was interested in . They worked with me and gave me an amazing deal . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone .
