Great time at Crown Gold Exchange! First time at a location like this and I’m very impressed. The employee Jason was very helpful and informative. 
Although we couldn’t come to an agreement due to my emotional attachment to my item the pricing was a lot more than I was expecting! 
I’ll definitely be returning with more items.

I came into the Crown Gold Exchange store in Chino and I was highly impressed. It's not like what you would expect it to be. The store is more like an office, but comfortable with friendly service. Shaina explained everything to me and showed all the testing as well as how she got her prices. I felt like I was put priority and got the highest payout for my gold. I strongly recommend this place and will surely come again, but for my silver this time.

Don't waste your time. Door locked and office empty.  No note posted indicating a time of return.
